DWGSee is a program to view, measure, and print AutoCAD drawing (DWG/DXF/DWF) files. It can convert DWG to Image (JPG, TIFF, GIF), and PDF formats. You get tools to measure length, angle, radius, and area; you can easily select the end-point, mid-point, and intersection point for entities.
